The clerk reviews the request and, when possible, supplies the documents through the service.

Pay within the six-day window
An unpaid request is automatically rejected after six days; you must submit it again. Monitor the request after review rather than assuming submission alone completes the purchase.

If the search box has not appeared
The Illinois online-records page embeds its search form and says loading may take a minute. On a phone, the county recommends landscape orientation. A blank loading area is not a completed no-result search.

The records page lists 815-895-7138 for criminal felony, misdemeanor, DUI and traffic inquiries. Keep the case reference and the particular entry or document you are asking about ready when calling.
If you need a court-held copy
The Circuit Clerk is the court’s official record keeper, located at 133 W. State Street in Sycamore. Ask the office about the identified filing, available copy format and cost. Do not send an Illinois copy request through Georgia’s eCertification workflow.
